The "DekorBud" Group of Companies (Ukraine, Kiev), the distributor of the “Henkel Bautechnik (Ukraine)” company, the leader of the Central Region of Ukraine in operation with objects and sale of the ТМ “Ceresit” range in 2006.

One of the "DekorBud" Group Companies, “Postproduction Center #1” Co. Ltd (Kiev) is a participant of the “Postproduction Center Ceresit-Pro” program (link).

In spring 2007, a conflict erupted between the constitutors of the “Postproduction Center #1” Co. Ltd., which grew into criminal actions by the fall. photо

Managers of the “HBtU” company being the constitutors(1)of the "DB" Group of Companies use their official position in “HBtU” and defend their own interests, thus actively participating in this conflict.

Chronology of the fraud (ru)

They are the permanent constitutors of "DekorBud" via affiliated persons, and from time to time attract “business partners” with the purpose of creating a certain fraudulent scheme, so-called “kidok” or “cheat”.

In order to turn this fraudulent affair into a system resistant to legal investigation, Khmelovsky registered the "DekorBud" Trademark in 2006 as owned by his wife.

These actions are taken for corrupted ones:

  • Corruption - exploitation of power and authority by an official for personal gain

The values declared by the “Henkel” brand include the following: We are successful thanks to our employees

We are successful because of our people

  • The “HBtU’s” administration had been informed about actions of their employees at least.
  • If that is true, the Chief Officer is a hostage of a SYSTEM with limited information exchange created by his subordinates at “HBtU”.

Having made a simple analysis, it is easy to come to the conclusion, that the 2007 conflict technology in the "DB" group is not a petty squaring a grudge, but a basis for a broader project named “TRADEMARK” (that is, brand), and it directly concerns promotion of the idea of “Postproduction Centers Ceresit-Pro”.

The Ten Principles of the Global Compact

Companies and other private institutions that join the Global Compact commit to support the following objectives and values in their corporate policies:

Human Rights
1. Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights within their sphere of influence; and
2. make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.

Labor Standards
3. Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
4. the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labor;
5. the effective abolition of child labor; and
6. eliminate discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.

Environment
7. Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
8. undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and
9. encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

Anti-Corruption
10. Businesses should work against all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery.
